Getting Started

Follow these detailed steps to launch your first campaign:

Step 1: Access Ad Center
- Log into your BitoCircle Business account at ad-center.bitocircle.com
- Click the "Create Campaign" button in the top right corner
- You'll be directed to the Campaign Setup Wizard

Step 2: Choose Campaign Objective
- Select from three primary objectives:
  • Awareness: Maximize reach and impressions among crypto audiences
  • Consideration: Drive clicks, video views, or engagement with your content
  • Conversion: Generate sign-ups, downloads, purchases, or wallet connections
- Your objective determines available ad formats and optimization methods

Step 3: Define Target Audience
- Set geographic targeting (countries, regions, or cities)

Campaign review typically takes 12-24 hours. Our review team examines your ad creative, landing pages, and campaign settings to ensure compliance with our advertising policies. If your campaign is approved, it will begin delivering immediately. If revisions are needed, you'll receive detailed feedback explaining what needs to be changed. Expedited review (6-12 hours) is available for premium accounts. You can track your campaign's review status in real-time through your Ad Center dashboard.

Yes, you can edit most campaign elements at any time. Budget adjustments, schedule changes, and bid modifications take effect immediately without requiring re-review. However, changes to ad creative, targeting parameters, or landing pages will pause your campaign and trigger a new review process. To minimize disruption, we recommend testing different variations using our A/B testing feature rather than editing live campaigns. You can also duplicate successful campaigns and make modifications to the copy instead of editing the original.

BitoCircle provides comprehensive analytics through your Ad Center dashboard. Track key metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, engagement rate, cost per result, and ROI. Our platform offers real-time reporting with customizable date ranges and metric breakdowns. You can analyze performance by audience segment, ad placement, device type, and time of day. Advanced features include conversion tracking via pixel integration, attribution modeling, and custom report generation. BitoCircle offers three primary bidding models to match your campaign objectives:
  • CPM (Cost Per Mille): You pay per 1,000 impressions. Best for brand awareness campaigns where you want maximum visibility among crypto audiences.
  • CPC (Cost Per Click): You only pay when someone clicks your ad. Ideal for driving traffic to your website, app, or landing page.
  • CPV (Cost Per View): Used for video content, you pay when someone watches your video for a specified duration (typically 3-10 seconds). Perfect for product demos and storytelling campaigns.
Our algorithm recommends the best bidding strategy based on your campaign objective, but you maintain full control over your choice.

Billing & Payments

Adding Cryptocurrency Payment Method:

Step 1: Navigate to "Billing" in your Ad Center dashboard
Step 2: Click "Add Payment Method" button
Step 3: Select "Cryptocurrency" as payment type
Step 4: Choose your preferred cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, etc.)
Step 5: A unique deposit address will be generated for your account
Step 6: Copy the deposit address or scan QR code
Step 7: Send cryptocurrency from your wallet to this address
Step 8: Wait for blockchain confirmations (BTC: 3 confirmations, ETH: 12 confirmations, USDT: 12 confirmations)
Step 9: Once confirmed, funds appear in your account balance (usually 10-30 minutes)
Step 10: Your account balance is automatically converted to USD equivalent at current market rate

Adding Credit/Debit Card:

Step 1: Navigate to "Billing" → "Add Payment Method"
Step 2: Select "Credit/Debit Card"
Step 3: Enter card number (Visa, Mastercard, Amex accepted)
Step 4: Enter cardholder name exactly as appears on card
Step 5: Enter expiration date (MM/YY format)

Security Note: BitoCircle never asks for your private keys or wallet seed phrases. Only deposit to addresses shown in your official BitoCircle dashboard.

Prepaid Model (Default for new accounts):

  • You add funds to your account balance before campaigns run
  • As your ads deliver, costs are deducted from your balance in real-time
  • When balance runs low, you'll receive email notifications at $50, $25, and $10 remaining
  • Campaigns automatically pause when balance reaches $0
  • Top up at any time to resume campaigns immediately
  • Minimum top-up amount: $50 USD

Monthly Invoicing (Available for verified businesses spending $10K+/month):

  • Billing cycle runs from 1st to last day of each month
  • Campaigns run throughout the month on credit
  • Invoice generated on the 1st of following month
  • Payment due within 30 days (net-30 terms)
  • Late payment fee of 1.5% per month on overdue amounts
  • To qualify: Submit business verification documents and credit application

Automatic Recharge:

  • Set up automatic top-up when balance drops below threshold
  • Configure threshold amount (e.g., recharge when balance < $100)
  • Set recharge amount (e.g., add $500 each time)
  • Works with saved credit cards only (not cryptocurrency)
  • Receive email notification each time auto-recharge occurs

Daily Spending Limits:

Most rejections can be resolved by updating your ad creative or landing page. You can resubmit your campaign after making necessary corrections. Advertisers promoting financial services, investment products, or trading platforms must provide proof of appropriate licensing and regulatory compliance.
