3.1 Wallet Addresses

When you connect a cryptocurrency wallet to BitoCircle:

  • Your wallet address becomes part of your public profile
  • On-chain transactions are publicly visible on the blockchain
  • We do NOT have access to your private keys or seed phrases
  • You remain in full control of your crypto assets

3.2 Transaction Privacy

Cryptocurrency transactions on BitoCircle:

  • Are recorded on public blockchains and cannot be deleted
  • May be visible to anyone with your wallet address
  • Are pseudonymous but may be traceable with blockchain analytics
  • May require KYC verification for compliance purposes

3.3 Smart Contracts

Some BitoCircle features use smart contracts. When interacting with smart contracts, your wallet address and transaction data are recorded on-chain and are publicly accessible.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 Public Information

The following information is public by default:

  • Your profile information (username, bio, profile picture)
  • Public posts, reels, stories, and comments
  • Follower and following counts
  • Connected wallet addresses (optional)
  • Creator statistics (views, engagement rates)

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Payment processing and cryptocurrency transactions

Note: Blockchain transactions cannot be deleted once recorded on-chain.

6.5 Do Not Track

BitoCircle does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals as there is no industry consensus on how to interpret them.
