Yes! BitoCircle is free for all users. You can create content, follow creators, and engage with the community at no cost. We only charge fees on monetization activities (brand partnerships, subscriptions) for creators, typically 10-15% platform fee.

No, you don't need cryptocurrency to browse, post, or engage with content. However, if you want to monetize your content or tip creators, you'll need to connect a crypto wallet with supported tokens (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.).

To become a verified creator, you need:

• At least 10,000 followers
• Minimum 3% engagement rate
• Consistent posting (3+ times per week for 3 months)
• Authentic audience (no fake followers)
• Compliance with Creator Guidelines
• Complete identity verification

Apply through Settings > Creator Program > Apply for Verification

Earnings vary based on your audience size, engagement, and monetization strategies. Top creators on BitoCircle earn $10K-$100K+ monthly through:

• Brand partnerships ($500-$50K per campaign)

Payments are processed weekly to your connected crypto wallet. Requirements:

• Minimum payout threshold: $50 equivalent

No, you must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in BitoCircle's creator monetization program due to legal and financial requirements.

Your private keys never leave your wallet - BitoCircle cannot access your funds.

Yes, two types of fees apply:

• Platform Fee: 10-15% on creator earnings (for brand partnerships, subscriptions)
• Network Fee: Blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) paid to miners/validators

Network fees vary by blockchain and current congestion. We clearly show all fees before you complete transactions.

BitoCircle does NOT custody your cryptocurrency. Your funds remain in your personal wallet, which only you control. We simply facilitate transactions between users through smart contracts. Always keep your wallet's private keys secure and never share them with anyone.

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Always double-check addresses before sending. BitoCircle cannot reverse or refund transactions sent to incorrect addresses. We recommend sending a small test transaction first for new recipients.

You can create:

• Posts: Text, images, polls, links
• Reels: Short videos (15-90 seconds)
• Stories: 24-hour temporary content
• Live Streams: Real-time video broadcasts
• Channels: Long-form video content

All content must comply with our Creator Guidelines and Terms of Service.

Reels can be 15-90 seconds. For crypto content, we recommend 30-60 seconds - long enough to provide value but short enough to maintain attention. Hook viewers in the first 3 seconds with a compelling statement or question.

Yes! Verified creators have access to our content scheduler. You can schedule posts, reels, and stories up to 30 days in advance. Go to Create > Schedule to set up future posts.

Live streaming requirements:

• 1,000+ followers
• Verified account status
• 5 Mbps+ upload speed
• No active community guideline violations

Click "Go Live" from your dashboard, add a title, and start streaming!

Always conduct your own research before investing in any crypto project.

Click the three dots (•••) on any post or profile and select "Report". Choose the violation type and provide details. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, email contact@bitocircle.com.

• Disconnect your crypto wallet if compromised
• Enable 2FA for added security

We'll help recover your account and investigate unauthorized activity.

Yes! 2FA adds an extra security layer to your account. We strongly recommend enabling it, especially if you have a connected crypto wallet or are a monetizing creator. Enable 2FA in Settings > Security.

To delete your account:

• Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
• Withdraw any pending crypto payments first
• Confirm deletion (this is permanent)
• Your content will be removed within 30 days

Note: Blockchain transactions cannot be deleted as they're recorded on public ledgers.

Common issues:

• File too large (max 500MB for reels, 2GB for channels)
• Unsupported format (use MP4, MOV, or AVI)
• Slow internet connection
• Browser cache issues (try clearing or different browser)
